How to return GLPro, step by step
Six steps. The phone call in step two comes before anything is posted.
Find your order ID
It is in the order email sent when you paid. Note the purchase date too: it is day 0 of the 60.
Call order support inside the 60 days
Ring +1 (302) 200-3480 and ask for a return authorisation against your order ID. Confirm the returns address and the date your parcel must be sent by; the seller’s returns page allows 14 days.
Pack the bottles
Opened and unopened bottles are both accepted. Add a sheet with your full name, the email address on the order and the order ID.
Post it with tracking
Send it to 275 Madison Avenue, Floor 14, New York, NY 10016, USA, at your cost, by a tracked service. Keep the receipt until the refund shows.
Wait for the return to be credited
Once the parcel is received and checked, it is credited. The refund is issued 3 to 5 business days after that.
Watch your card statement
Allow a further 5 to 10 days. If nothing shows by then, contact order support with the order ID and the tracking number.

How long a GLPro refund takes, and the 48-hour promise
The sales page promises money back “within 48 hours”. This website prints the timing in this desk’s own records instead: 3 to 5 business days after the return is credited, then 5 to 10 days to the card. A figure this desk can stand behind is more use to you than a faster one it cannot.
Together that is roughly 8 to 17 days after credit, and the parcel must first reach New York and be checked. A return posted on day 50 is likely to be refunded after day 60. That is normal: the 60-day limit applies to asking, not to the money arriving.

The GLPro money-back seal, and what stands behind it
Artwork, not a certificate

A parcel with no return authorisation has nothing to be matched against. Call first, then post.
No order ID in the box
The name, email and order ID inside are how the parcel is matched to you.
The wrong address

Missing the 14 days

Untracked postage
